Muggiò
Hello to everybody!
We are a group of twenty students who attend the seventh grade at the "Istituto Comprensivo Casati" in Muggiò.
Muggiò is a small town in the north of Italy, not far from Milan. Only 23.000 inhabitants live here and the main activities are industries and trade.
The weather in winter is cold and rainy and it seldom snows. But last Christmas we had a big surprise! It snowed all day and all night long, so we could celebrate a "white" Christmas. In summer, on the contrary, it is hot and dry.
In our class there are 20 students: ten boys and ten girls. All the boys are keen on football and play it once or twice a week. The girls practice different sports: swimming, volleyball, dance and so on.
For our future we would like a world without pollution, without wars and criminals.
To have a better world we must try to something ourselves, for example use cars only when it is necessary, we mustn't throw litter around but help our parents to divide it and we must avoid quarrels and fights.
Now we are looking forward to taking part in the "Landmark game" and meet other boys and girls on line.
Bye bye
The boys and girls of the Class II A
