Landmark Participants:

For anyone that follows the British Royal family you'd be interested to
know that our school, Prince Charles, is named after one of them. Can
you guess!! *smile*
We are not a large school; 700 or so students, 48 teachers and some
teaching assistants. We are the home of the Chargers. In case you all
think we all have credit cards, let me point out that it all has to do
with Knights and Dragons and stuff like that! It's also suppose to mean
something about getting ready to "charge" into life!!
We are situated in London, Ontario, Canada. That's midway between
Toronto, Ontario's captial, and Detroit. (better known as Motown) London
is home to many important industries; Kelloggs, Clubhouse, McCormick,
3M, Ellis Don (they built the Eaton's centre in Toronto) University
Hospital (very famous world wide) the Western Fair, the London Knights
(hockey), Storybook Gardens, and the University of Western Ontario.
We have never played the Landmark Game before. Last years grade 6's
played and they really liked it. We are hoping to do better than they
did.
Of the 8 computers we have only 3 computers in our classroom that can
access the Internet, but we have a lab that has 30 Pentiums. Our teacher
is the site administrator for the lab so we get to go there a lot!
See you all in the "Game". Good luck and check out our website:
Our class has a site under CLASSES in our school's page.
