Here at Clark Middle School, it's our third
year for the Landmark Game.
We have enjoyed it very much.
Our school is more formally known as George
Rogers Clark Middle School,
and we are located in Vincennes, Indiana. Vincennes is a town
of about
20,000 located on the Wabash River in southwestern Indiana. The
Wabash
forms a border between Indiana and Illinois at this point. We
are about
60 miles south of Terre Haute and 60 miles north of Evansville.
CMS is the only public middle school in our
community. We have grades
6, 7, and 8 with about 800 students. We have two teams per grade
level
with 6-7 teachers and 130 students per team.
Our Landmark game team is a class of 32
sixth graders from the Tribe
team. Each member of our class is choosing a landmark and researching
clues. From those landmarks and clues, we will choose landmark
to
submit for the game.
