Step-by-step directions by Marcia Bollwage learned at a Teen Arts Festival in Mercer County, New Jersey

Fold the top half down to meet the bottom edge. Crease to make a crisp fold.

(note: next step is the only difficult fold)

Turn the paper over.
Put the paper on the table so that the two flaps of the triangles are facing up.
Bring the crease up to meet the edges of the two triangles which will crease the middle section.
Fold the flap up.
