Explanation: The applet was easy to manipulate. I wish that it showed monthly rates. The rates are outdated. |

What hardware expertise does one need to learn to use the resource? Very little. As long as you can click and drag the mouse. |
How hard was it for you to learn? Very Easy |
Explanation: The tool is set up so that the user can click and drag the drag-bars to a specific number. It is also very easy to read and understand the results. I also like how it shows the equation at the bottom of the tool. |
