Description: The Design Your Future mission is to provide practical, inspiring, hands- on opportunities for young women to become aware of, explore, and pursue math, science, and technology-based careers. It provides a number of opportunities, including: a tool to record online activities in math and science; the annual event (a day-long series of hands-on activities focusing on the high-tech workplace); Speakers' Bureau (in which professional women from throughout the company visit classrooms and educational events); opportunities to "shadow" Autodesk employees at their jobs; and a pilot program, currently partnering with one local middle school, that matches Autodesk Women with 7th grade girls.
