| Research in the general area of probability theory, and more specifically in stochastic spatial models and their applications to ecology and genetics. Publications organized into books and papers, as well as s3 (stochastic spatial simulator) and stochastic spatial models, a hyper-tutorial. More stochastic spatial models, with graphs and theorems, include species area curves, abundance of species, barley yellow dwarf virus coexistence in some competition models, colicin allelopathy in spatially distributed populations, and Silvertown's competition model. Research in genetics includes microsatellites (tandem repeats of short units of DNA) and single nucleotide polymorphisms. | |
