| Dedicated to helping Delaware's K-12 mathematics and science teachers implement new content and performance standards in their classrooms. Resources of general interest include case studies in math and science. The Mathematics, Science and Technology Education Connection project offers teachers' notes, assessments, and rubrics from activities in which students learned how to use the Internet to access data on topics relevant to their interests, then created spreadsheets with tables and graphs in order to look for patterns and make and test conjectures. With links to other MSERC projects, such as Delaware Exemplary Mathematics Curriculum Implementation (DEMCI), Problem-Based Learning, Saturday Morning Math, and a list of accompanying e-mail discussions. | |
