Description: A National Science Foundation project to encourage and facilitate the use of software in teaching linear algebra. Includes information on the book ATLAST Computer Exercises for Linear Algebra , (Prentice-Hall, Fall 1996, featuring teacher-developed, class-tested exercises covering all aspects of the first course in linear algebra). A collection of approximately 60 MATLAB M-files that accompany the book can be downloaded. Also includes lesson plans and Mathematica notebooks; Maple versions of the book's projects are planned.
