The preface, table of contents, index, and a sample chapter are available in PDF and PostScript formats. Other book resources include notes and errata, an interview with the authors, reviews, and ordering information. A Java applet converts among the different calendars. Lisp, Mathematica, and Java calendar code is available through e-mail. Site also includes images of illuminated calendars. | |
