| A middle grades mathematics problem-solving program. Students entering grades 4-8 in fall 1998 can work on interesting and challenging problems by responding to materials sent to them through the school year. The program provides an opportunity for students to sharpen their problem-solving strategies, learn about new concepts, and review ideas covered in their school's mathematics curriculum. The program encourages involvement from family, teachers and friends. Upon registration, sample problems and materials packets with worksheets will be sent to students. | |
