| An interdisciplinary Web-based Interactive Stock Market Learning Project specifically designed for middle school students and teachers. Students learn to recognize and use terms related to market activities; use research tools on the Web to make informed decisions in developing stock portfolios; track and manage portfolios of stocks; recognize the effect that economic indicators, company management, political climate, foreign relations, and other variables have on the stock market; analyze stock data in relation to the fluctuating indicators. Includes Stock Market Math, a project where students learn to calculate commissions and costs for buying and selling stock. | |
