Multiplication Before Addition

1000 X 20000 + 34 - 4023 = ?

Because of the Order of Operations we have to do multiplication before
addition:

1000 * 20000 = 20000000

Then with only addition and subtraction left, we can work from left to 
right:

20000000 + 34 = 20000034
20000034 - 4023 = 19996011
