1) How would I flip an image horizontally without using fliplr? Say my image is variable X, X(:,end:-1:1) doesn't do it.

2) How can I swap two color layers of an image? Say I want to swap the green and blue layers.

3) How can I convert an image to grayscale without using prebuilt functions or a weighted average formula?

4) How can I create a negative of an image?

5) When using imwrite, how can I write an image while also changing the image's brightness?
